A sparkling wine from the exceptional terroir of Franciacorta, in the Lombardy region, between Lake Iseo and the surrounding hills. Clarabella reveals its entire philosophy here:organicviticulture, traditional know-how and respect for the soil. Approximately 85% of the must is aged in stainless steel vats and 15% in barrels. The wine remains on the lees for 20 to 30 months, depending on the batch, beforedisgorging , using the traditionalChampagnemethod. Its bouquet is pleasantly fruity, with notes of lime zest, green pear and refreshing mint, enhanced by a hint of ginger, notes of toast, a touch of minerality and a pleasant toasted nuance from the barrel.It has a clean, juicy attack with harmonious acidity, and is well balanced by a salty, mineral base and a fine, elegant and persistent mousse.
