Francois Voyer Cognac XO 70cl is produced by the Voyer family who have beenproducing cognac in the Grande Champagne region since 1870. Wines from the Ugni Blanc grape are distilled on the lees to create rich, fruity eaux de vies, which are then aged in Limousin oak barrels, firstly in new oak for the ‘attackâ€?of tannin, then a lengthier time in older barrels in damp cellars to allow them to evolve and complete their slow maturation.
