A typical Alpine artisan liqueur, produced in La Clusaz in the heart of Haute- Savoie , distilled from the génépi plant using traditional methods. It reveals a frank, vegetal fragrance, enriched with floral notes. The distillery adds sprigs of génépi directly to the bottle, a gesture that intensifies the aromas while offering an authentic visual signature. Round and balanced, it has a floral finish reminiscent of mountain pollen. It can be enjoyed neat as a digestif, slightly chilled, or used to add an alpine touch to original cocktails.
