Grown in the glacial moraine and schist soils, and vinified in stainless steel vats, this wine is a modern interpretation of Dole, a blend ofGamaywith Gamaret and Diolinoir. Gally has an aromatic, fruity bouquet of sweet berries with hints of cinnamon. Pure, light and crisp, as well as stimulating and seductive, with fine tannins a lovely freshness, and a saline purity. A wine that is out of the ordinary, which does not fit into any conventional category, but will be able to surprise you with its great depth and harmony. A wine to accompany your aperitifs and long summer evenings with grilled veal!
