Gamay–EnCoteaux2023–JeffCarrel

This 100% Gamay comes from vines planted on slopes with granite soil. No added sulphites are used in the vinification, which involves carbonic maceration. The result is a pure Gamay juice, round and fresh! The nose is marked by intense notes of ripe red fruit. The palate is full and fruity, very much in keeping with modern Gamay styles. Serve with a charcuterie board, lasagne or pizza night.
