Los Frailes is an estate producing authentic wines in the Valencia region. The production methods have remained ancestral and strict, always with a view to preserving the vines and their grapes. This cuvée is a blend of 70%Monastrelland 30%GarnachaTintorera, fermented separately and aged for five months in concrete for the Monastrell and in used casks for the Garnacha. It offers notes of black fruit, such as blueberries and blackberries, Mediterranean herbs and a touch of earth, with a juicy, round palate. The tannins are present but well worked, melting and balancing with the freshness brought by the limestone soil and the high altitude terroir from which the vines come.
