Gavi2024–Ricossa

Ricossa was born in a hilly area between Alessandria and Asti on calcareous, clay soils with a mixture of tiles and siliceous stones. This Gavi Ricossa is an elegant, typical white that has undergone temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel vats, followed by a short period of bottle ageing. This method provides greater structure, while retaining the characteristic fragrance and scents of the terroir. Pale straw-yellow in colour, with a fruity bouquet, it is pleasant, fresh, harmonious and well-balanced on the palate.
