GC 2020 from Recrue des Sens is an organic and natural red wine made of 100% Pinot Noir without added sulfites, produced by Yann Durieux in Burgundy.

100% Pinot Noir from organically farmed vines planted on clay-limestone soils. The cuvée was produced thanks to the purchase of grapes in line with the estate’s practices, as the plots are obviously very difficult to acquire. Manual harvest and natural vinification. Maceration in whole bunches, soft pressing, 24 months of aging in wooden casks. Unfined, unfiltered, zero added sulfites.
