The Bollenberg is the hill attached to the town of Orschwihr that surrounds the Zusslin Domaine, reputed for its energy and positive vibrations. One finds all the minerality of the limestone (which is found in the soils of the hill) which was favourable to this wine, bringing freshness and balance to this rich Gewürztraminergrape variety . Spices and citrus fruits emerge from this great off-dry wine.
