Giesen 0% – New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc is an alcohol-removed wine that everyone can enjoy, no matter the occasion. Aromatically expressive, crisp and refreshing with the varietal characteristics you know and love…only with the alcohol gently removed. The process involves spinning cone technology which separates the alcohol and aromas from the wine. The aromas are then added back to the wine and the alcohol is evaporated.
