This Gigondas 2023 from Domaine Brunely draws all its power from the silico-limestone terraces at the foot of the majestic Dentelles de Montmirail. Composed of 80%Grenacheand 20% Mourvèdre, and made from vines aged between 40 and 90 years, this wine is the fruit of rigorous work: hand-picking, long maceration (28 to 35 days), 18 to 24 monthsâ€?maturing in concrete vats, followed by 6 monthsâ€?rest in the bottle.
