The maritime climate on the east coast of Ireland provides perfect aging conditions for our single malt Irish whiskey. After spending a long time getting to know some first fill bourbon casks we carefully selected a small number of these casks that we felt best represented the full, rounded and smooth flavour of an Irish single malt. We then cut it with Wicklow spring water to 46% and used non chill filtration to maintain all the taste and character that is synonymous with our whiskey.

The nose is rich and sweet, a premium single malt Irish whiskey with a touch of cinnamon and more than a hint of citrus fruits – orange zest, lemon infused with vanilla ice cream. A touch of fresh floral notes like meadow flowers.
