Grain Cinq 2022 is a biodynamic and natural white wine, a blend of five grape varieties produced by Marie-Thérèse Chappaz in Valais, Switzerland.

Blend of white grape varieties: Petite Arvine, Ermitage, Païen, Pinot Blanc and Sylvaner, from vines grown biodynamically and planted together on the same parcel, on the Claives terroir in Fully, on a granitic terroir. The five grape varieties are harvested together, by hand, and co-vinified. Direct pressing, indigenous yeasts, aging in barrels. Sensible use of sulfites.

All of the wines by Marie-Thérèse Chappaz sold on our website are imported into France by SARL Pur Jus.
