Le Grand Noir is a long-time favourite brand of Roberson customers, offering excellent French wines at an exceedingly affordable price point. This is their first foray into alcohol-free wine, and is the greatest in the category we’ve yet tried.

While most alcohol-free wine is little more than cloyingly sweet fruit juice, this wine starts it’s life the same as any Grand Noir wine, being traditionally farmed and vinified in the Minervois. The real magic occurs after vinification, when state-of-the-art vacuum distillation technology (the same used in Guinness 0.0) removes all the alcohol without stripping any flavour, texture, or complexity.

Their white blend of Grenache Blanc (80%) and Chardonnay (20%) bursts with flavours of lemon-lime citrus, apricot, and exotic fruits and stands head and shoulders above its competitors.
