Granito vines are generally grown in shallower soils with a magma origin. This type of soil is mainly found at an altitude of 800-900 meters. Compared to Pizarra, Granito wines are more affordable, fruitier, and with a silkier, more delicate structure that comes from its position and the climate where it is grown. Granito 2021 is a rare gem, once again from a region of Spain!
