The grapes come from the Pouilles region, where they grow in clay-lime soil and enjoy plenty of sunshine to give them their charming dry fruit flavor, mixed with slightly smokey hints of spice. Full bodied to just the right amount, with creamy, supple tannins and always with a little spicy at the finish. Aged in French oak for 4 months, then 3 months in the bottle, Gravità with its glitzy, sparkling design will awaken your taste buds and complete all sorts of dishes with stewed red meat.
