An exceptional single vineyard cuvée from Château Peyros, GREENWICH.43N is born from a unique location: 1.2 hectares crossed by the Greenwich meridian, where Tannat reaches a rare maturity. This powerful and elegant wine fully expresses the character of the terroir of rounded pebbles and gravel.Produced only in great vintages, this 100% Tannat expresses elegant power and reveals intense aromas of black fruits and liquorice, accompanied by a long finish with silky tannins.Aged for 18 months in new barrels, this wine has an ageing potential of 25 years. It is best enjoyed with game, fine poultry or dark chocolate, after being decanted.
