GrenacheRhapsody2020–Domainedel’Ou

This Cotes Catalanes Grenache Rhapsody vintage is produced from black shale soils on the Maury terroir and it is fully vinified in sandstone jars. On the nose, raspberries and blackcurrants explode into an unexpected, yet seductive duo. On the palate, ripe small red fruits blend with a Mediterranean touch of cistus and scrub. The ensemble is rich and elegant with a seductive freshness on the finish. It’s a really delicate wine.
