This winery is located in Alcamo in Sicily, it is a fairly small production only producing 15000 bottles.

Antonino Caravagli works organically however his wine is not certified.

This Grillo shows ripeness and complexity of fruits aromas, the wine is fresh on his long finished.

As it is unfiltered, some texture is added to the wine.
