Wonderfully aromatic on the nose a notes of blackcurrant leaf, stone fruit and green apple together with hints of fynbos and seaweed, sea air and vanilla. Rich, layered and long on the palate with a wonderful, saline finish. An elegant, well balanced blend of Sauvignon and Semillon expressing the Darling Hills minerality and terroir.

The Seasalter is a blend of 90% Sauvignon Blanc and 10% Semillon with 30% of the Sauvignon Blanc fermented and aged for 8 months in 300 litre French Oak barrels. The remaining juice was fermented in stainless steel tanks and left on it’s lees adding weight and complexity.
