From Dublin’s Pearse Lyons Distillery, Ha’Penny Whiskey is made from two styles of whiskey using a blend of four cask types. It’s crafted with port pipe finished malt, first-fill Bourbon barrel malt, sherry butt grain and a double-charred barrel grain. The result is a whiskey that’s spicy, rich and complex.
