The wines from that year’s grape harvest are rigorously tasted plot by plot, then blended together to create a complex score that perfectly reflects the Collection vineyard. The signature of the House and the absolute recognition of its style, the reserve wines matured in oak represent 10% of the Collection blend. The patina of time brings softness and tenderness to the blend, with a few smoky, lightly toasted notes.
