Lagrave-Martillac is the second wine from the ChâteauLatour -Martillac (GravesGrand CruClassé since 1953). The red version was created in 1986 and the white in 1990. Made from a plot selection, the second wine has the advantage of the same level of care as the main wine! With its deep purple-red hue, the nose of this vintage releases notes of very ripe dark fruits. The attack on the palate is mellow and structured… The wine develops through well-enveloped tannins with a lovely smoothness and concentration on the finish, giving hope of an excellent age ahead… A top deal in this very great second wine!!!
