Not to mention the way it reveals itself on the palate: it’s generous and well-balanced, the mouth is fat and opulent with a minerality that can’t be missedâ€?There’s a slight toastiness on the finish that helps to stimulate the freshness. Nothing to complain about, except that it’s superbly made!
