Our Halt ‘n Run wines are always a little bit special and this release has a beautiful balance expressing the region’s warm climate coupled with skilled winemaking. The 2023 vintage benefited from a mild growing season with well-timed rains, leading to excellent fruit concentration and freshness. Offering ripe citrus and orchard fruit, layered with hints of toasted almond and vanilla from a little oak influence. The palate is rich yet refined, lively and structured. A versatile Chardonnay that pairs effortlessly with roasted poultry or creamy seafood dishes.
