Fabien Jouves gives pride of place to Côt (Malbec) in a 100% fruity cuvée. The nose is explosive, with notes of red fruit (raspberry, strawberry) and black fruit (blackberry, blackcurrant). On the palate, it is just as gourmet, full-bodied and slightly sweet on the finish.
