A pure and supple Burgundy red by Nicolas Raspiller. Hand-harvested, unfined, and unfiltered, with grapes from Les Pollands and La Vacherotte plots.

Nicolas Raspiller is a self-taught winemaker with a deep passion for vines and a strong commitment to natural, sustainable farming methods. Constantly exploring and experimenting, he studies plants that can be used to create healthy, natural fertilisers.

His Wines are sourced from two vineyard plots:

• “Les Pollands” – 0.34 ha currently in use, planted in 1975

• “La Vacherotte” – 0.04 ha currently in use, planted in 2004

The grapes are hand-harvested with meticulous sorting both in the vineyard and before vatting. Whole clusters undergo fermentation in concrete vat and French oak barrels. The wine is aged for 10 months in barrels and moved by gravity, with no pumping. It is bottled unfined and unfiltered.

The palate is round, supple, and ripe, with a charming purity that sets it apart from more conventional Burgundy wines—a real delight.
