Harvested on a plateau at an altitude of 350 metres, this cuvée is the expression of a plot with great potential and reveals the optimal expression of Pinot Noir. The nose is beautifully complex, the palate is round on the attack but with good depth, and the woodiness is balanced by fresh fruit. The result is a harmonious, well-structured wine that can be laid down but is also very enjoyable to drink now. A real treat for the taste buds!
