On the sunny plateaus of Salagou, Chardonnay flourishes on volcanic and limestone soils, shaped by cool nights and bright days. This unique terroir gives it a vibrant freshness and generous roundness, combining the elegance of great Burgundy whites with the warmth of the South. Part of the wine is aged in stainless steel vats for purity of fruit, and the rest in oak barrels for subtle notes of brioche and fresh butter. Regular bâtonnage enriches the wine, giving it volume and a velvety texture. On tasting, it seduces with its balance: a lively attack, aromas of citrus, pear and white flowers, and a long finish that is both fresh and buttery.
