The Haymans Old Tom is a hand distilled gin that dates back to the early 1870’s and has been re-introduced wit the original family recipe.

The Old Tom Gin is a smooth, full flavoured Gin that delivers a softer, rounded mouthfeel opposed to the London Dry style. Some sweet and citurs notes of Lavender, Juniper and lemon peel are evident on the nose. This continues with richer flavours on the palate, with sweet ginger and spice. This Gin shows complexity and depth with a good finish; a true authentic mark of English Heritage.

A gin of choice during the 19th century, this is proving very popular in todays standards when used to create classic gin cocktails such as the Martinez and Tom Collins.
