This cuvée signed by the Bodega Headlands vineyard is glued in several passages to guarantee perfect maturity. It is a firmly structured wine that stands out for its complexity and intensity rather than volume. Whole berries are kept intact for as long as possible throughout the fermentation process, with minimal punching down. The temperature of the cork and the fermentation juice is kept lower than other bottlings in order to capture the spicy aromas and saline notes expressed by the wine. This gives Bodega Headlands Pinot Noir the lively aromas we know it from, along with a measure of elegance and grace. Upon tasting, the wine opens with an intense scent of red fruits and flowers, raspberries, tangy cherries androsepetals. It is a seductive and elegant wine with discreet saline notes on the finish.
