Heartland Directors’ Cut 2021 Shiraz Australia Case Deal is 12 bottles of the premium wine that showcases the best of Langhorne Creek in South Australia. The wine is made from the finest selection of Shiraz from each vintage year, and is Heartland’s flagship release. As with films, the director’s cut is regarded as the definitive version – no compromises. Only the very best grapes from the harvest make the “cut”.

Matured for 14 months in French oak hogsheads: 60% new and 40% used, the 2021 vintage is full-bodied and rich, with aromas of spice, black fruits and cocoa.

Heartland Wines is a joint venture from industry veterans and lifelong mates Ben Glaetzer (of Glaetzer Wines fame) and Nick Keukenmeester in Langhorne Creek, South Australia. From its inception in 1999, Heartland’s ethos has been to create wines of balance, texture and a distinctive Australian identity, with a focus on Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz.
