Sans Hellyer’s Road Distillery, owned & operated by Betta Milk have combined both aspects of the business to produce this wonderful liqueur. The distillery is located next door to Betta Milk’s Burnie facility and couldn’t possibly be better placed to receive the fresh cream which makes this liqueur so distinctive. It employs a base of Hellyer’s Road Original Whisky and Southern Lights Vodka, blended with fresh cream and a dash of ‘toppingâ€?not dissimilar to what you’d have on your ice cream.
