Helmsman Semillon Sauvignon is a Semillon-rich wine that displays ripe, slightly waxy fruit characters intermingled with generous flavours of passionfruit.

It is made from various parcels across South Eastern Australia, personally selected by Larry Cherubino for their fruit characters and quality of grapes.

2021 did not see the drought conditions that were seen across Australia in recent years so crops were plentiful but the dry conditions at the end of summer lead to good quality fruit too.

The grapes undergo traditional white wine fermentation in stainless steel tanks in order to retain the fresh acidity and fruit characters.
