This is essentially the same gin as Hernö’s standard issue which employs eight botanicals, except Old Tom has extra British Meadowsweet added during the distillation. Following dilution a touch of honey is also included. Sweetening tends to lift the floral notes, releasing the juniper and making for an even smoother mouth feel.
