Its pale colour with green highlights reveals an expressive nose with hints of citrus, pineapple and pear, followed by a lively, salty and mouth-watering palate. Partially vinified in stainless steel vats and barrels, it offers balance, tension and aromatic purity. Available now, it is perfect as an aperitif or with grilled fish, seafood and fresh cheeses.
