An elegant and refined wine, offering a beautiful complexity between fruit and ageing, while maintaining a persistent freshness. It has a beautiful structure, with a well-present acidity that supports the whole and allows for cellar evolution. Ageing in oak barrels gives it an additional complexity without overpowering the fruity profile. It is perfect to accompany rich dishes such as full-bodied fish, seafood, white meats or mature cheeses. This is a Chardonnay that can be enjoyed young, but will also improve with age.
