STORY BEHIND THE WINE

This Manzanilla represents a piece of living history and sets the standard for wines from this region. Produced by the same company in the same winery since the 1790s.Despite its costly and lengthy vinification, fortification, and aging process, the result is a stunning wine. Similar to Fino from Jerez, this Manzanilla is aged in Sanlucar de Barrameda, a town further east and closer to the Atlantic Ocean.
