Elixir Distillers (the operation behind brands like Elements of Islay and Black Tot) are filling the void with Highland Nectar. Like its predecessors, it’s Highland whiskywith an array ofherbs, spices and fruitsand sugar, including bitter orange, star anise, vanilla, lemon oil, ginger and cinnamon. Intended to be delicious on its own, it will also work in Festive cocktails.
