J.Laurens, Cremant de Limoux Graimenous 2023

Made like a Champagne but from South of France, this is a lively and bright fizz with intense citrusy notes and just a hint of yeasty savouriness overlaying the lifted fruit aromas.

Diwald, Gruner Veltliner Sekt Extra Brut NV

A fragrant wine that shouts out Gruner Veltliner with the green, grassy tones abundant on the nose. A wonderfully accessible bead and a palate brimming with fresh fruit and green peppers. Made in the traditional method, which means that beautiful soft yeast tones linger on the long finish.

Valenciso, Rioja Blanco 2023

Complex aromas combining floral characters with preserved lemon and gently smoky notes. The palate is intense and broad with nuts, stone fruit, minerality and balancing citrus acidity on the finish. Will continue to develop in the bottle.

Katharina Wechsler, Westhofener Riesling, Rheinhessen 2018

This dry Riesling is light and crisp with grapefruit, orange zest, white peach and hints of apricots. Delicate floral aromas and green tea with a chalky minerality and a long, clean finish.

Centralis, Pinot Noir 2024

The wine is bright ruby red in colour and the aromas on the nose are dominated by luscious ripe cherry and blackberry notes. The palate exudes lifted savoury characters threaded with cinnamon spice and thyme.

Field Recordings, Fiction 2023

Made of 10 different grape varieties, this wine shows layers and layers of flavours. Heady aromas of cranberry, blueberry and dark bramble fruits, chocolate, liquorice, menthol and tobacco, all backed up by nice grippy tannins.
