Hommage à Louis Derré 2020 Magnum is a biodynamic red wines from century-old vines produced by Eric Nicolas and his son Clément at Domaine de Belliviere.

100% Pineau d’Aunis, from vines century-old vines, planted on flint clays right after the phylloxera, cultivated biodynamically and planted on 8plots spread over the communes of Lhomme, Marçon and Dissay-sous-Courcillon for a total of 0.9hectare. Harvesting is done by hand with crates. Alcoholic fermentation is done in vats with punching down of the cap, followed by natural malolactic fermentation in barrels and 12months of maturation on the fine lees in casks. Bottled at the estate with a very light dose of sulphites in November 2021.
