Three-Card Monte takes its name from the classic street hustle: pick the winning card�and somehow you always lose. With this bottle, though, every card is a winner �the trick is how beautifully the three varieties work together.

A not-so-classic blend of Montepulciano (55%), Cabernet Sauvignon (37%) and Touriga (8%), this is a rich, dark, energetic red with a proper savoury edge and serious food appeal. The structure is there, the finish is long, and it’s exactly the kind of wine that makes you want a second glass (and something smoky coming off the BBQ).
