Bright and clear ruby red with a hint of orange colour and a delicate perfumed nose. Classic cool climate Pinot Noir aromas of gamey Italian meats, violet with hints of cherry, leather and raspberry. The palate is light and fresh and follows the aromas with ripe red berry, Italian meat and a touch of peppery spiciness. Raspberry and mint linger on the finish with soft smooth tannins and a light body to compliment the style. A superb English red wine.
