Hydropathe Elite Blanc is a unique wine, both surprising and elegant. Its intriguing name, harmonious bottle and incredible richness make it a real favourite. This 100% Rolle wine is the result of meticulous vinification. After a light cold maceration, the grapes are gently pressed to preserve their freshness. It ferments slowly in wooden barrels, giving it great aromatic richness and complexity. On the nose, this wine reveals powerful aromas of dried fruit and candied exotic fruit, with discreet woody notes that blend perfectly with the delicate minerality typical of our soils. The palate is smooth and round, with a palate reminiscent of ripe fruit, vanilla and a hint of toasted hazelnut. A perfect accompaniment to white meats, fish or cheeses, it is also delicious on its own, during a special tasting moment.
