This particularly successful IPA contains the frank and direct bitterness that is characteristic of it, also rounded out by subtle fruity and malty flavours. We particularly appreciate its nuances of citrus (grapefruit) and exotic fruit (mango), which, combined with grain and confectionery flavours, serve to balance and counterpoint the power of the three varieties of hops (Cascade, Bramling and Galena). A characterful beer that won’t be easily subdued!
