This is a real gem from Saint Nicolas de Bourgueil. The pleasure is immediate from the first nose. Abundant small red fruit, freshness and a sublime roundness on a palate of fruity crispness. The Cabernet Franc is just sublime. An ode to the appellation and to beingORGANIC !
