Mas des Juste is bordered by the Cévennes National Park, classified as a UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve. The estate’s 22 hectares are cultivated usingorganicand biodynamic methods and are DEMETER certified. As you can see, the estate is particularly committed to biodiversity, ethics and sustainable development. This love of life can be felt in this pure, precise, airy and incredibly juicy cuvée. Partially aged in barrels, unfiltered and unfined, this red wine expresses the fruit, freshness and energy of the clay-limestone terroir with purity. The nose is rich, combining ripe red fruits, spicy notes and a lovely floral tension. The palate is juicy, fresh and perfectly balanced, with a lively and easy-drinking finish.
