Illumination2023–Quintessa

Created with the same philosophy and precision as Quintessa, Illumination shares an equal complexity. Agustin and Valeria Huneeus saw the potential ofSauvignon Blancand planted a plot of the variety at Quintessa in 2002. Today, this limited-production wine is one of the most sought-after white wines in Napa Valley. Illumination 2023 is a fresh and fragrant wine with compelling intensity of flavour, texture and vibrancy. Notes of grapefruit, Meyer lemon and white peach provide tension, while aromas of orange blossom, quince, lemongrass and thyme add complexity and interest. A fresh and lively palate, with citrus flavours, notes of elderflower and a distinct minerality, is balanced by a creamy texture and a medium-bodied, powerful and persistent finish.
