Imalaya, a rare single vineyard cuvée from the Roc des Anges estate, comes from grey Carignan vines planted in 1961 on granite soils at an altitude of 500 metres near Tarerach, anorganicand biodynamic terroir that gives the wine exceptional mineral intensity. Its bright golden colour precedes a fresh, complex and very mineral nose, blending citrus fruits, white flowers, smoky touches, spices and iodine notes. The palate is salty, precise and elegant, carried by aromas of lemon, kiwi, pear and vibrant energy. The long, mouth-watering finish perfectly illustrates the purity of this raregrape variety . A finely crafted white wine, superb with steamed fish, shellfish and crustaceans.
