Concise aromas of cherry, wild berry, red currant and roasted notes on the nose. Fully fruity, balanced sweet and sour on the palate. Dry and light with a medium-long tannic finish.

Grape variety: de-alcoholised grape wine 75% (of which 50% Sauvignon blanc), gooseberry juice, de-alcoholised cider partially fermented, pear juice, mirabelle juice 6%, herbal extract, flower extract 0.2% and spices.
